About Accommodation
Q. Basic Accommodation Rates +
A. Twin Room: Base rate ¥8,500~ (capacity 2 / 11㎡). Family Room: Base rate ¥12,000~ (capacity 5 / 22㎡). +¥5,000 per additional person. Rates vary depending on the season.
Q. How to Make a Reservation +
A. You can check availability and make a reservation from our reservation page. Select your check-in/check-out dates, room type, and number of guests, then complete payment by credit card.
Q. Check-in and Check-out +
A. Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 10:00.
Q. Check-in and Check-out Procedures +
A. Check-in procedures will be communicated via email after your reservation is confirmed.
Q. Receiving and Returning Room Keys +
A. Keys will be provided at check-in. Please return them to the designated location at check-out. Details will be provided after booking confirmation.
Q. Cancellation Policy +
A. Free cancellation up to 3 days before your reservation date. From 2 days before: 100% of the accommodation fee (tax included). On the day: 100%. No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
Q. About the Use of Children +
A. Children of all ages are welcome to stay.
Q. Children's Rates and Occupancy Including Children +
A. Children aged 6 and under: free. Children aged 7-12: ¥2,500 per person per night. Children aged 13 and over: same rate as adults.
Q. Bringing Pets +
A. We currently do not accept pets as a general rule. If you have special circumstances, please contact us.
Q. About Transportation +
A. Please contact us regarding pickup/drop-off services.
Q. About Sheet Changes +
A. For extended stays, please let us know if you would like your sheets changed.
How to Spend Your Time at MAKIBA
MAKIBA's kitchen, toilet, shower, sink, and lounge are shared spaces. Please use these spaces freely while being considerate of other guests. Please restore everything to its original state after use in all spaces.

A. Due to the rich natural environment, insects may appear depending on the season. We recommend bringing insect repellent.

A. We do not provide meals. You may cook in the shared kitchen, use the BBQ area, or visit nearby restaurants.
Q. About Using Dishes and Cooking Utensils +
A. Cooking utensils and dishes are available in the shared kitchen. Please wash and return them to their original place after use.
Q. About the Refrigerator and Freezer +
A. A shared refrigerator and freezer are available. Please label items with your name and date. Please take all items with you at check-out.
Q. About Drinking Alcohol +
A. Drinking alcohol is permitted on the premises. Please be considerate of other guests.
Q. About Smoking +
A. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please smoke only in designated areas.
Q. About Shower Usage +
A. Shared shower rooms are available. There are also day-trip hot spring facilities nearby.
Q. About Garbage +
A. Please separate your garbage and dispose of it in the designated area. Details will be provided at check-in.
Q. About Fireworks +
A. Only handheld fireworks are allowed in designated areas. Aerial fireworks are not permitted.
